Good moves for my thighs?

I am a runner in the ‘warmer months’ (meaning warmer than 30 degrees)…unfortunetely I live in Wisconsin and there is NO warmth right now and my thighs are getting huge! What are some good moves (yoga, pilates, dance, whatever) that will really work my thighs? How about like wall sits or stair climbs or something?

What is a fun at home exercise program?

From those of you who have tried some what are some exercise dvd’s/programs that you can do at home and get good results?- Perhaps some pilates/dance stuff

I am almost 13 and play lots of sports!!! How can i get my inner thighs SKINNY?

I have a six pack and nice arms! My legs are really muscular from gymnastics and dance and taekwondo and volleyball! HOW CAN I GET A TONED MODEL BODY??? HELP!

Is my diet healthy?

I do 7 hours of cardio a week and 3 hours strength-training a week. I take dance classes (included in the 7 hours), but neither the classes nor any of my other cardio workouts are very rigorous (I mostly walk). I lift weights for strength-training as well as yoga and Pilates. I consume about 500 calories a day and 60 grams of protein. I’m 5’3, 129 lbs, and want to be 108 by the beginning of March. 129 may not seem like a lot but I feel like a lot of it is fat.

(It’s imperative you take notice of my exercise regime. Will that help me get into shape? For my dance team, I have to wear a midriff-bearing top, and I want my abs and my whole body to be toned.)
I hear you, T-Bone, but I’m not sure you understand. I HAVE to lose weight, and fast. I know my diet’s drastic, but sometimes that’s just what you have to do to get where you want. I’m so sick of my body, and I need to fit into my clothes!
Thanks, ya’ll, for your care and concern. I’m terrified of calories and gaining weight, and I’m probably borderline anorexic. I think my question should be “Will my diet work?” Because I KNOW my diet’s really unhealthy….I just put so much pressure on myself.

How do I become part of a team in my adult-life? Tried pilates, yoga, dance classes.?

With people around my age would be nice… 25.. single mom….
