the date is my 25th bday.I’m 190.exactally 5’2.I’m naturally curvy/have an hour glass type.Most of my fat is on my stomach and thighs.I want a soft but toned curvy feminine look.I want a flat stomach but not a 6 pack,but maybe lines on the sides(oblieqs).I want to do 1 hr and 30 mins twice a day on the ellipical machine,dance 4 fun,and do work out videos that would include resistance/strength training.(Turbo Jam,core secrets,maybe Windsor Pilates).Is this acheiveable by 9/20?Or this summer?I want to be able to wear a bikini confidently.I wanna weigh 128. I hear you can only lose 2 lbs of fat every week so what about people that lose a whole lot of weight fast and look good like on the tv shows big loser,celebrity fit club?If you’re working out real well,following a nutrishious well balanced diet,drinking lots of water,then shouldn’t you be able to burn a lot of fat per week? Also tell me what’s the natural rate of weight loss? I know there’s plateaus.Thanks.
