Daughter and friend are having Taekwondo vs Karate row?

My daughter takes karate and her friend takes taekwondo. Everything was fine before they could do demonstrations together, but now her friends has gotten her blackbelt in taekwondo and is teasing my daughter way to much about how she has a blackbelt and she doesn’t my daughter is starting to get pissed. I found them the other day both on the floor holding each other in a headlock. How can I stop this war. This happened because my daughter said taekwondo is easy and how if she did it she would have got her blackbelt in farless time it took her friend. Want peace in my house!
they have known each other for about almost a year. My daughter started when she was 6 and her friend started when she was 8 they are 9 (my daughter) and 10

does this seem like a good workout?

45 mins – 1 hour of cardio everyday (treadmill, elliptical, bike). Winsor pilates buns and thighs and calf raises every other day, arms every other day (alternate b/n arms and pilates), and 8 minute abs everynight. eatin pretty healthy and drinkin a lot of water. am i overdoing it? should i see results in a month or so? i’m naturally thin with fast metabolism. 5’6 115 lbs… just want to tone… think it will work?

does winsor pilates buns and thighs work?

it says to do it 3 – 4 times a week. i was just wondering if anyone has done it for a while and if u see a difference. i do 40 – 60 mins of cardio a day (depending on my schedule) and eat b/n 1200 and 1500 calories. I’m 5’6 and 115. will i see a difference in a month or so.. nothing drastic maybe just a little more defined. i’m just curious. thx!

I can’t seem to lose the weight!!!!?

I’ve been tring to lose weight for months but my weights dosen’t move, am I eating to many calories? I eat around 1500-1700 a day and exercise around 2 hours a day, 50 mins strenght training, 40 mins on a bike, and 20 mins pilates, that burn arounds 500-590 calories. So to lose 10 lbs should i lower my calorie intake?

Why can’t i lose the last 3 lbs?

I have a calories intake of about 900 to 1000 and I take brisk walks twice a day and do 20 minute pilates workouts twice a day and sometimes I get to go to the sauna but not often.
