Hi, for my new years resolution I have decided to get on a diet, put in some exercise and get in shape! I have already started drinking just water and coffee (need it for school in the morning or I can’t wake up) but I just need to know if the diet I have chosen is healthy or if I should go with something else.
Breakfast:
slice of french bread with jam
1 normal size mug of coffee with french vanilla coffee mate
Lunch:
1/2 turkey and mustard sandwich on whole wheat bread
1 apple
1 little lunch baggy of carrots
Snack:
Im not really sure what I want here… any ideas are welcome
Dinner:
For dinner I just want 1 skinless chicken breast and steamed veggies.
But once a week I will have some red meat and somedays have fish.
So is this pretty healthy? I’ll be taking a multivitamin everyday along with tons of exercise including DDR (on expert), bicycling, yoga and tai chi.
*** Please dont talk about how I won’t stick to it because its so strict. Im determined to lose weight and I know I can.
