the idiot proof diet..or other dieting help.?

i want to loose as much weight in the shortest amount of time as i can. i have done some research and have found the idiot proof diet. it has a lot of good feedback

im 14 and im trying to loose weight healthily. im too embarased to go for runs as everyone looks at you and i want to try and loose the weight as secretive as possible.

has anyone tried the idiot proof diet? if so would it be the right diet for me? also i dont want to invest in a diet plan incase it doesnt work for me, so any tips of any diets would be very useful.

i do a reasonable amount of sports in school such as netball, hockey and fencing. i do taekwondo out of school and i take the dog for long walks. i would hope that doing this would have made me fitter than i am, so any tips on how to increase my fittness?

my whole family eat a healthy diet and i always make sure i eat healthily at school. i think that possibly my parents give us too big portions so iv alredy cut them down but it hasnt made any difference

Is my diet healthy?

I do 7 hours of cardio a week and 3 hours strength-training a week. I take dance classes (included in the 7 hours), but neither the classes nor any of my other cardio workouts are very rigorous (I mostly walk). I lift weights for strength-training as well as yoga and Pilates. I consume about 500 calories a day and 60 grams of protein. I’m 5’3, 129 lbs, and want to be 108 by the beginning of March. 129 may not seem like a lot but I feel like a lot of it is fat.

(It’s imperative you take notice of my exercise regime. Will that help me get into shape? For my dance team, I have to wear a midriff-bearing top, and I want my abs and my whole body to be toned.)
I hear you, T-Bone, but I’m not sure you understand. I HAVE to lose weight, and fast. I know my diet’s drastic, but sometimes that’s just what you have to do to get where you want. I’m so sick of my body, and I need to fit into my clothes!
Thanks, ya’ll, for your care and concern. I’m terrified of calories and gaining weight, and I’m probably borderline anorexic. I think my question should be “Will my diet work?” Because I KNOW my diet’s really unhealthy….I just put so much pressure on myself.

Help Toning up w/o diet?

I want to tone up and define my legs and butt mostly. I also would like to define my arms more w/o bulk. I eat 2-3 times a day, a regular portion, and 1 serving of food. (no special meals only what i want) I am not a candy or junk eater. I was wondering if i work out 4 times a week and jog 3 times out of that week with 3lbs weights, will i tone and define my body w/o muscle bulk in the next two months. Any suggestions?

Oh yea i do pilates 4 times out that week also.

i need to lose 50 pounds in 6 months. I hate exercise (gyms) and diet food. Is there hope for me?

I’ve tried many different approaches, and I’m at the point where Im sooo confused and frustrated! If anyone has achieved a successful weight loss, in a reasonable time, PLEASE let me know. I love to walk, and would be into trying yoga, and free weights… but I hate going to sweaty gyms.

As far as food – I love sushi, peanut butter, fruit, veggies, pasta, seafood, rice, and chicken.

Oh, yes, some dark chocolate is good too.

I don’t drink (alcohol) and stay away from soda and diet drinks.

I know water is a good thing, but have trouble drinking 100 ounces a day, but will do it if it is neccesary for weight loss.

How Long Will It Take To Start Losing Weight?

I am a female, 23 years old, and need to lose 70 lbs. I have been on a diet for about two and a half weeks now. I walk 3.0 miles in one hour per day on a tred mill, do leg streches, about 100 crunches, and lift five pount weights every other day 50 times per arm. I also do some pilates. I drink about 6 bottles of water a day, and limit my meals to a cup os cereal and dinner, which conists of protein foods, low startch/no carbohydrates, and only one small serving. I feel that I am more muscular (i deffinately have more muscle in my arms and legs now), but the scale is still reading the same. When will I start to lose poundage/fat?
