Tips to help me lose 10 kgs in three months!?

I’m 5’0, and I want to reach my goal weight of 40kg in at least three months. I exercise daily, doing cardio aerobics for about 2 hours. I eat fruits for breakfast, then have a proper lunch, but just veges for dinner. I cut out chocolates and potato chips from my diet. I also drink gallons of water everyday. I am planning to take up pilates too. Do you think I can do it in three months? If not, how can I improve my weight loss plan?

I got my diabetic controlled, without medicine. If I over eat Dinner, will my sugar reading will go up next day

Untill 6 yrs ago, I was taking tablets for diabetic regularly, twice a day. Then I got it controlled due to weight reduction. Diet controll and exercise. Since then, with proper exercise and diet, no medicine is required and diabetic is under controll. I have started Yoga which is also helping. Any advice for keeping it that way in future. I am 63 yrs old. 5’7″ and 63 Kg

why isnt my diet and exercise plan working??

I eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Don’t eat after 7pm. I work out everyday for about an hour (usually fast walk for 30 min and 30 min on the eliptical). It’s been about 3 weeks and I’m not seeing any results. What am I doing wrong????

I need to lose 25 lbs. Does anyone have any other better ideas??

Does pilates work better?????? Help!!!!!!!!

Should I go or not?

My friend invited me to come with him and his family to a social, where we will go out to dinner, then watch Harry Potter 4. I am not going out with this guy, but I do talk to him over the phone a lot, and I know a little bit about him. I have the option to go with him and his family, as they would pick me up, or I can go to Taekwondo with my family, which is a normal routine. The dinner/movie sounds fun, but I would be so nervous, I probably wouldn’t be myself. I have never met his parents or sister, and it would be very awkward. I have been planning on going to Taekwondo a little bit more lately to start getting back into competitions. What should I do? What would you do?
