I have very bad neck and shoulder pain. I also have a herniated disc b/t L3 and L4. I love to do yoga but I can’t seem to find the right poses to remedy these probs. I have also thought about pilates. Can you give me some helpful yoga poses to correct these probs?
I have seen the MD and basically I’m free to do whatever. I’m not new to yoga and I have had private lessons, but I don’t have the time or the $$ to con’t .
