What are some ways to excercise with a cast/broken wrist?

The doctor said i could excercise but to avoid excercises that sweat a lot. My question is what are excercises you can do without sweating a lot? So far I have not been able to think of much: weight lifting, yoga-anything else?
I would not really consider walking an excercise- it is more like a way for people to avoid doing a hard workout.

I cant do any impact exercises?

I had knee surgery about a year ago and the words my doctor used to describe my injury were “horrible” “horrendous” and “if you like sports you better learn to love golf”

I gain quite a bit of weight while I was recovering and even though it has been a year I am still not 100%. My leg gets very tired very quickly and walking for any length of time makes my knee swell up and lock up.

I also can not do any of those leg excercise machines because my kneecap literally grinds when I bend

So, any suggestions on any no-impact excercises I can do to help trim up? I was thinking about taking a yoga class, but I am wondering if it will work and how much stress it will put on my knee.

Any help would be appriciated.

A good website or dvd to learn tai chi?

My doctor said I should try doing tai chi for my jionts and muscles. Where could I learn some moves online or a dvd?
I have no teachers around here.

Whenever I lean over my nose drips with tears. Why is this happening and how can I make it stop?

Do I need to visit an ENT doctor? I also suffer from hay fever and rhinitis. This is an embarassing condition, I can’t do fitness such as yoga. Any suggestions? I didn’t have an accident that could have caused this.
It has only happened to me once before and that was years ago and it only lasted a short while. I got some medication from the doctor too for hayfever and I did tell her about the problem but got no specific advice. The nasal spray and tablets don’t work at all. Post nasal drip?! What is it after ‘post’?
P.S. Thanks guys, I appreciate your replies.
