I bought the DVD last night and I was wondering if anyone had seen any results from using it??? Thanks!
From those of you who have tried some what are some exercise dvd’s/programs that you can do at home and get good results?- Perhaps some pilates/dance stuff
also not outrageously expensive- thanks
Anyone who’s used or is using a prenata yoga DVD at home, what do you think? Is it a waste of money or did you use it? Also, recommendations on a good DVD would be much appreciated. I belong to a gym, but it’s small and there are no classes. I used to do a Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates mix, but I think it was a bit hard for pregnancy. Thanks!
I am looking for someone who teaches it, but I would also like to find some good illustrated written materials on the subject. I have a pretty good DVD.
I live near San Antonio, Texas. If anyone who is studying or has learned this martial art can give me some good advice on learning it I would be grateful.
Happy New Year to you as well, my friend. And thanks for the link. I will check it out.
