1- ive recently been told that similar to how tai chi movements have been found to be very helpful for ones health the same can be said of wing chun movements, ive heard that the reason it isnt advertised like that is because wing chun has a strong emphasis on combat and noone has decided to water it down, is this at all true? do wing chun workouts help ur chi breathing or physical muscles a noticeable amount?
