If you use pilates, yoga or other equipment with a trainer or at a gym would you be more likely to purchase those items online or at a walk in store? Why?
Also, which items?

I’ve heard nothing but good things about it, I am 13 and it sounds great! Any tips for starting up? I have some On Demand Pilates lessons, do I need any equipment? Thanks!
I don’t have any exercise equipment and I live in an apartment complex. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any exercises that I can do at home to help keep me active besides the obvious. If you have a website that perhaps has like a diagram that shows how to do the exercise that would be great. I have tried yoga and pilates, tae bo, but would like to see if theres anything different I can try and if I can make use of household items to work out with?
