Here is mine using my knowledge of astrology and playing mortal kombat all my life lolz 
(Most of these analysis come from me playing the whole storymode of MK9) Here we go:
Scorpion- Scorpio since thats his name and plus hes VERY vengeful
Sub-zero- Aquarius
Raiden- Libra since hes a very peaceful man and wants balance between the realms
Lui Kang- Cancer since hes ambitious and follows his heart
Johnny Cage- Leo, bold and arrogant and hes a fire sign which means he rules in entertainment since hes an actor lolz
Sonya- Capricorn, natural leader(cardinal sign), ambitious, stubborn at times and self-sufficient
Kano- Saggitarius, the wild child of the zodiac, hes rebellious and hotheaded(fire sign)
Jax- Virgo, good friends with her fellow earth sign sonya, stubborn but loyal
Jade- Scorpio since she said it in her “girls gone wired” video lol (look on youtube)
Kitana- Pisces, moody sometimes but caring and nurturing, emotional and compassionate
Mileena- Aries, has a rage of a wild animal and is hotheaded and ambitious, agressive, impatient and her ruling planet is Mars which is the planet of war 
Shang Tsung- Cancer, ambitious, leader (cardinal sign) moody, demanding and sensitive when shao kahn blames him for everything.
Quan Chi- Capricorn, since shang Tsung are opposites they hate each other(if you watched mk9 storymode) and he is a Master manipulator(played shao kahn and scoprion), evil, calm and collected and wise
Shao Kahn- Taurus, bullheaded but also wise and smart, powerful (fixed sign), demanding and materialistic(he wants earthrealm so he can be powerful), admires quan chi’s ideas of evil (even though hes playing with him ;D )
Sindel- Scorpio since her daugter kitana is also a water sign, loyal to her realm edenia but when she becomes evil (b/c of quan chi ressurection for her) her Bad side of her Scorpio traits come out and has full hatred on kitana, mean and aggressive, (opposite of shao kahn, taurus, they were married, attraction.
Nightwolf- saggitarius, the bow and arrow explains it all , Lmfao
Kung Lao- Cancer, loyal and a good friend of lui kang
Kabal- Ambitous but insecure about his burnt face
Stryker-Virgo?
Cyrax- Saggitarius?
Secktor- Gemini?
