For example, I am addicted to DDR, but will all that stomping around be hazardous to my baby? Should I stick to boring pilates and the recumbant bike for exersise?

COURT TV IN CONJUNCTION WITH PILGRIM FILMS AND TELEVISION – NEW DIVORCE MEDIATION DOCUMENTARY: “We are offering an opportunity to a couple to document their divorce mediation process, in a series documentary with highly qualified and experienced professionals. All meditation will be paid for by Court TV. This is a great opportunity to serve the community at large, by allowing your case to be used, nationally on TV, as an educational example of a divorce process that avoids, completely, the emotionally and financially harmful effects of an adversarial divorce, on the entire family. In agreeing to participate in the program you will be serving as an example to others. At the early stages of your divorce, with all the fears and vulnerability that you are experiencing, it is hard to envisage how this exposure could be beneficial. It will take courage and a desire to have some good come of your dire situation. CALIFORNIA. COURT TV PAYS. Producers of Survivor

This is already with a production company! Note the documentary is authentic and therefore the Mediator has to bring the clients. I have many clients. I am a succesful Mediator with an excellent practice, no one wants to expose themselves/family in this way for TV during this sad and vulnerable time. But it will help many others.

I am 22 yrs old and i have just joined a taekwondo class. I just want to know if i would be able to be more flexible. It pains a lot when i do the stretching part for example when trying to stretch my legs apart.
And how much time will it take to get completely flexible and it won’t cause any pain. I have taekwondo class once a week for 2 hrs.
For example, Randy Couture of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, and Bernard Hopkins, the hall of fame pro boxer. Not only are these guys competitive at 40 years old, they are/were the cream of the crop. Both have, and still could destroy athletes in their 20′s. I am quite sure that there are more examples in “regular” sports, but I don’t watch them. This type of thing was almost unheard of years ago,was it not? How do you think this is possible?Do some people “give up” after a certain age because society says that they are “too old”,or something? Is it,sports medicine?Pilates? What? Some even say you get stronger after 30!
Please give more examples in other sports, if you know of any. I just get tired of hearing from some people in the 25-35 crowd say,”I’m getting to old to do this or that”(physical things).Ridiculous!Strong old guys, feel free to chime in.
