taekwondo side kick drills?

i’m taking my black belt test in taekwondo in about 17 days, but my side-kick needs some work. my instructor says that i need to recoil my leg more after i’m done with the kick. what are some good drills and excercises to do to help with this? much appreciated
i mean i don’t really pull it back much i just kinda let it fall to the floor but i want to get over this bad habit so i need some drills to help with it.

what are the best excercises for kung fu?

i currently do many forms of chinese kung fu, but i want to know more excercises. also, how about some weapons? how would i make some practice weapons like: 3 section staff, numchucks, etc. by the way, does anyone have any recomendation of how to do iron bone training “properly”?

I need a lose weight fast plan…what to eat and do… and I dont exactly have much time do do it…???

I work mon thru friday and have difficulty eating right and finding time to excercise… I am over my desired/healthy weight and would like to lose 20 pounds total…I want a healthy way to lose the weight though…nothing that will harm me or my body.I have pilates and yoga tapes to work with and can walk at a near by park as work out options… of course any other recommendations you have for working out in my home (different excercises) would be helpful too… any ideas please throw them my way…:) thanks.

I was diagonised with TB of the spine, am now on medication, what exercises can I do apart from walking.?

I used to have severe lower backpain, at first I used to do some excercises like jogging, yoga, with the pain I stopped, I only walk when I want to excercise, I don’t want to stay idle.

How can i improve my feet/ ankle stregnth?

in the past year i have broken my foot and ankle twice just walking and i have fractured my spine. my ankle injurie is starting to come back even though i am streching and doing my excercises. I really am having issues going en pointe becasue of this…i come do close but then i get injured. The thing is though i take pilates with a dance medicne person and three ballet classes a week for 2 hours and i also compete in tap, jazz, lyrical, and hip-hop. i really need to know what the problem is. Just incase your wondering i’m on a high level of dance so i don’t suck and i’m pretty hard core
