i’m taking my black belt test in taekwondo in about 17 days, but my side-kick needs some work. my instructor says that i need to recoil my leg more after i’m done with the kick. what are some good drills and excercises to do to help with this? much appreciated
i mean i don’t really pull it back much i just kinda let it fall to the floor but i want to get over this bad habit so i need some drills to help with it.
