how long will it take to lose 15 pounds of fat and build lean muscle mass?

I do cardio at least 3 times a week for an hour and I have a very good diet I’m really aiming for the fat on my stomach I’m 14 and 5’10 I weigh like 150-156 and Iplay sports whenever I can etc:football soccer basketball basball taekwondo and swimming. Also ty for answering.

…of developing an eating disorder? The story goes like this. I used to love eating. I was never fat or overweight, because I have always done an exercise. But now I continue with sports, but my appetite is gone. It’s been like this for a few months now. Everybody that I know has told me that I lost weight and became skinny. Even my mom, who is obsessed with eating right and exercise, is telling me that I don’t eat enough and that I may be losing muscle. I exercise daily, but sometimes when I’m hungry, I eat something, but I get full quickly. I usually feel hungry again after half an hour, but I forbid myself to eat because I’m worried that I’ll overeat and gain back all the weight that I lost, even though I take Taekwondo, do aerobics, push-ups, and sit-ups a lot. My dad told me that I may be slowly developing anorexia nervosa. But the thing is, I’m rarely hungry. Even when I am hungry, I try not to eat more than a salad and a piece of meat. Am I at risk of anorexia?

I will named my son Darrius Jett and my daughter Evangeline Belle. What do you guys think?

Last name is Li. If my daughter get bullied and somebody call her “Big Belly Li or Fat Belly Li”, I will tell her to defend herself by using martial arts on the bully. Same thing goes for my son. I will teach them martial arts. I have a black belt in Kung Fu, Karate, and Judo. My goddess (wife) and I will named our son Darrius Jett and Evangeline Belle. I want your opinions on why or why not just for fun.

how can we treat male breast without any surgery.?

Is pilate’s good for loosing weight or just toning?

I’ve heard lots of good things about pilates, and i want to find something to get rid of hip fat and thigh fat, is this good for it? if not what is?
