Daughter and friend are having Taekwondo vs Karate row?

My daughter takes karate and her friend takes taekwondo. Everything was fine before they could do demonstrations together, but now her friends has gotten her blackbelt in taekwondo and is teasing my daughter way to much about how she has a blackbelt and she doesn’t my daughter is starting to get pissed. I found them the other day both on the floor holding each other in a headlock. How can I stop this war. This happened because my daughter said taekwondo is easy and how if she did it she would have got her blackbelt in farless time it took her friend. Want peace in my house!
they have known each other for about almost a year. My daughter started when she was 6 and her friend started when she was 8 they are 9 (my daughter) and 10

good diet plan please help?

recently ive put on some weight..not a lot but about 15 pounds in a year..please dont give me crap about im fine cause honestly im not. no i dont want to starve myself i do want to lose about 10 lbs though. i exercise (i take taekwondo and play baseball) i think its my diet since im always on the go.
whats a 7 day eating plan. i dont drink soft drinks and i like salty food and the occasional sweet. oh yeah and im 15.

Snap in lower back?

The other day I bent over and there was a “snap” in my lower back and it was sore all day. The next day it was fine, and today i was stretching on the floor and it happened again! What is going on? Do I have a back problem or is it just muscular? I exercise alot, i.e. yoga pilates running. Any suggestions?

Wheat allergy?

I offered some food to my tai chi club members today and one of them asked me if the food had wheat in it. Being stupid and deaf I thought he said, “weed” so obviously I said no that it doesn’t. It turns out that there is actually a very small amount of wheat in the food. Should I be worried and call him? He seemed fine an hour later. How long does it take for the allergy to manifest? I’m so worried.
I called him and I can only leave a voicemail. I hope he’s ok. I’m so worried.
