i need personal trainer/fitness guru advice on my workout!?

I have lost 30lbs and want to maintain it. I am going to hawaii in a few weeks and want to be in top shape. 3 days a week i run 30min in the mornings on an empty stomach and then later in the day i lift weights. 3 other days of the week i do a spin class in the afternoon (either right before lunch or late afternoon) and then will do some yoga or pilates during the week. i eat tons of fruits vegetables and do not eat carbs after 3pm unless it is natural in fruits or veggies. Is this an ok plan or is there ANYTHING i can do to step up my game?

is water bad for you if you drink alot?

I was having dinner with a few family friends, and i was telling them about this fasting ameditation i did for my taekwondo. We have to do this to get a black belt. Anyways, i told them that i drank about 15 bottles of water per day, without having any food inside my stomach for 3 days. 15 bottels turns out to be about 16.9*15=253.5 fl. oz. they told me this is bad, and i didnt really catch the explination. If this is true, why is this bad? I always thought drinking as much of water as possible is good. Everyday i drink only water, occasionaly orange juice and eat alot of fruits/vegetables/healthy/organic stuff. So is drinking alot of water bad with an empty stomach? with a full stomach?

I am 20, 150 lbs., 5’5″, and CAN NOT get skinny.?

I eat EXTREMELY healthy and excercise about 4 hrs about 6. Everything in my house is at least low fat. I basically stick to fruits, vegetables, tuna fish, egg whites, yogurt, and slim fast. The only real carbs I have is my special K with FF milk and an occasional sandwich. I even bring turkey burgers with 1g of fat to special events. Basically all I drink is water and crystal light. I run at least a mile at least 5 days a week, then one of my jobs is to walk dogs, which I also do 5 days a week for at least 5 hrs. a day. Finally I do an hour of kickboxing every night, then lift weights and other random exercises. Oh, and I also do pilates for a 1/2 hour at least 1 time a week. I should look like a stick. Even my roomate says I am obsessed with eating healthy and exercising. I have always been a little bigger though, even when I ran track in highschool and ran at least 8 miles every day, plus other exercising.
Well I know I am fat because my family sometimes make jokes like about my but or poke my stomache.
