do you thinK?

do u think by not eating instead of oatmeal and fruits together with excercise and taekwondo as my activity for the whole summer makes me reduce my fats or makes me thin in just 2 monts and half? i mean not so thin but im chubby but i want to get thin or slim in just 2 months so i guess i have to do this.well?

Help me lose weight and inches?

I am 13, 5ft tall, weigh 125, have a 26″ waist. but i look more than i am 26″.i’m dieting with friends so i wont mess up. so i plan to eat 2 fruits or vegetables and a glass of milk for breakfast. 2 fruits or vegetables and either soy milk or aloe juice for lunch. normal korean dinner. and a snack between breakfast and lunch and one between lunch and dinner(fruit or vegetable or crackers or something like that with milk). i do 100 situps every other day. freestyle dance every other day. and do 500-1000 jump ropes everyday. i run 45 minutes every day(treadmill). i have figure skating and taekwondo on saturdays. i can’t do figure skating if i’m fat( i just started, not gonna be a real pro, i just want to learn cuz it looks pretty)i have until september to lose some pounds and 6 inches and i want to do it in a way where i WONT gain it all back. i’m pretty sure i’m doing it in a safe way, but i want more advice. and i need to grow too. i don’t like being short.

Tips to help me lose 10 kgs in three months!?

I’m 5’0, and I want to reach my goal weight of 40kg in at least three months. I exercise daily, doing cardio aerobics for about 2 hours. I eat fruits for breakfast, then have a proper lunch, but just veges for dinner. I cut out chocolates and potato chips from my diet. I also drink gallons of water everyday. I am planning to take up pilates too. Do you think I can do it in three months? If not, how can I improve my weight loss plan?

What kind of results can I expect to see by doing Pilates?

I am 24 years old, 5’9″ tall, not overweight at all, pretty lean, I just have pudge in my midsection (stomach and thigh area) and I would like to really tone down those areas, especially my ab section, and it seems like running isn’t working well enough. I started doing the Windsor 1 hour intensive Pilates workout about a week ago, and I would just like to know from those who are experienced a) when will I start seeing real results? b) what kind of diet should I be on to get good results? Should it be really strict like all lettuce, water, and such, or can I eat pastas, breads, fruits, and all that yummy stuff? I have been into juicing lately and I love drinking fresh carrot, apple, celery, etc. juice. Should this help speed the process up? c) How often should I do the exercises a week to get the results?

Stomach cramps?

Like many other girls my period is very painful,Im working and I usually end up taking an off during these days. I want some kind of relief with out taking any kind of pain killers . I dont get time to do yoga or other exercise.can u tell me some remedies?are their any fruits,which if u eat will reduce the pain?any help will be appreciated.Thanks
