What may I add/take away from my martial arts routine to become better,stronger,etc.?

Well I’m 13 and I do Hung Gar kung fu and I haven’t been able to go back because some financial problems. Well what may I add or take away from this routine to become better at martial arts and being able to defend myself and others? I prefer thatyou tell me what I should add to my routine to become better, I also need to find a balance because I’m in 8th grade I have a gf and I need to make a balance so I dont push her away. Anyway, here is the routine:

1.) Stretch
2.) Develop Solid Stances,hold for 1 min(minimum)
3.) Train Grip(forearm muscles)(fatigue your arms)
4.) Do push-ups; (50, 100,etc.)
5.) pull-ups(x20+),chin-ups(x20+),dips(x50+),sit-ups(x350+)
6.) Sprint(one side to other) x50(rest 5 min!)
7.) Hand Techniques x100
8.) Footwork(Hung Ga, advancing,etc.)
9.) Puncing(straight punch; different stances!) x100 each
10.) Blocks x100+ (with counters{optional})
11.) Kicks x100+ (each kick;roundhouse,side,etc.)
12.) Conditioning(Iron Body)
13.) Explosive Training
14.) Hung Gar form practice(slo. speed, med. speed, fast speed)
15.) Dodging Practice
16.) Madra (slo-mo sparring)
17.) Powerlifting
18.) Reflex Training
19.) Aerobic Training
20.) Shadow fighting(3-5mins)
21.) Chi, Adrenaline Practice
22.) Range Practice
23.) Trapping Practice
24.) Counter-Attack Practice
25.) Anticipation Practice
26.) Combo; Attack, defense, etc.
27.) Weighted Shadowfighting
28.) Relative Strength Training(Mon, Wed, Fri.)

Well I do that routine just about everyday. And after I feel my strength begin to plateau I make a new routine.

Does he like me?

his name is Justin, We met in a couple of my classes last year Now later on he had asked me 2 work on a project w/him why not? So he met my family and we did our project. We ended up cing each other every weekend I was here in the US since we r in the same Karate class. Then like a month ago at 1 of my friend’s B-day Parties we were singing while this DJ was playing these songs and he came over 2 where I, my sister, my best friend, and one of my other good friends where and he goes “oh there r no more seats” and sits on my lap. I hate being touched but he wouldn’t get off my lap and he started giving me a lap dance. Then finally I pushed him off. Luckily 2 cuz my mom had just arrived 2 take me home. Anywayz at one of our meetings we were talking and he said really loud that he liked italians and wanted 2 marry 1 like out of nowhere. He was looking at me 2. (I am Italian) So do u think he likes me? He sometimes acts all love like around other gals 2 though especially his gf.

Whats the best way to get your girlfriend to lose weight, excercise and eat healthier?

my gf isnt fat but she’s starting to get a little bit of pudge (she still looks good), but i want to quash the problem while i can. plus im a somewhat of a health nut, and i i dont like heavy women (her sister is really heavy and scares me that she might look liker her), so it drives me nuts about how she pretty much lvies off of candy bars, potato chips, and ice cream and rarely excercises except for yoga. i see it and get mad and just wanna rip it out of her hands, 1) because i dont want her to get heavy and 2) for her own health. ive tried to broach the subject gently and say its for her own good to avoid health problems later on, but she always gets really uspet (and she was anorexic a few years back so i have to go easy.) anyone have any good ideas to motivate her more without really ticking her off?

How to deal with a girlfriend on drugs?

My GF is 22 years old, she is very spiritual and down to earth,
gives kundalini yoga classes, lived in India for a year, and was booted off her sikh school for doing cannabis. This is not once in a while, but a near every day situation for her. She’s been home for a year and it’s been an off and on problem, where recently she’s voiced her desire to quit for good, however has serious emotional ups and downs. She is seeing a therapist as well as undergoing a holistic medicine withdrawal treatment, but she keeps doing it. I don’t do drugs, never have, never will, and this has become a block in our relationship. I don’t know the right way to approach her problem, because I don’t want to “tell her what to do”, but I can’t have her doing this to herself or affecting those she loves, including me, by her actions. I really don’t know what to do. Any feedback could be of great assistance. Thanks, all.
