I want to get toned?

I was looking at pictures oif me from a couple summers ago and I was in such great shape. The thing is I didnt work out then and I dont now. I’m not fat at all, just out of shape. My stomach has a little pouch and my dream is to be in amazing shape by summer. Does Pilates work?
if so how often should i do it and can i buy the dvd’s at target
im 5’4 110 pounds

How can I tone and tighten my gluts?

I’m below my pre-pregnancy weight and at my goal weight. I’m in good shape and great health. My bum has a great shape, but it is still not firm. How can I firm those gluts? My current exercise regime includes dancing, aerobics, walking and pilates.

Guys, why do you watch sports?

I’m a guy, I’m in great shape. I swim 4km per day, I do extreme rollerblading, boxing, and karate. But I hate watching sports, it’s boring. Why would anyone want to watch it? I can understand wacthing fights like I watch boxing and karate on TV so I can learn new moves, and myself new goals. But the majority of guys who watch sports are fat and out of shape. I never learned the rules of football, but sometimes I play with big sport fans, I just grab the ball and run, and score. Everyone I know who knows everything about football can’t even finish running accross a field. Same thing with baseaball, I never learned all the rules, but sometimes I play, bat, run, throw, and I do it better than the guys I play with who know all the statistics about everything.

I’m a guy, and I just don’t like to watch sports, can someone explain to me why does everyone else does it?

how much do you think ill lose in 6 weeks if i keep up what i did today? how about 10 weeks?

living a healthy lifestlye has become important since my dad has diabetes and my uncle died from heart disese. im 5’6 and 135 lbs. i used to be 5’6 and 120 in great shape until i got sick and then went on bc which made it hard for me to lose weight. since ive stopped using bc pills i have lost 6 lbs. i want to get down to 118 then tone up. today i ate kashi golean cereal with light soy milk (170 cals.) 3 slices of mango, south beach bar (140 cals) veggie patty (70 cals) fat free cottate chese (123) asparagus (15) and tomatoes, mosserella cheese and avocado on top of my patty for dinner ill have a salad and meatlkess chicken. maybe some yogurt later on. im going to get 20 min. of high impact aerobis, 40 of pilates, 25 mins walk (1.8 miles) and then strength training.

how much do you think ill weigh july 30th (vacation date) and by august 23? ill keep excersing once school begins again but not as much just enough to maintain. but how much do you think ill lose by those dates?

How to decide between Martial Arts.?

Hi, I’m 16 and I’m not in that great shape. I would love to get into shape and I think one great way would be with the martial arts. Certainly, I intend to do a mixture of both internal and external martial arts. I cannot decide between the following: Hung Gar, Kung Fu, Karate Do, Tai Chi, Qigong, Ju Jitsu, Judo and Kendo. I have to limit it to three. Also, if anyone can suggest exercises that can get me into shape, as well as a diet?
I have been doing Tai Chi actually for three years and have enjoyed it tremendously.
