I believe that provided good health, money can bring happiness.?

Here’s the basic caveat to this… if you have the propensity for misery, self-adulation or vice versa, and other self-defeating habits, money will only accentuate them. But in that scenario, the problem isn’t money but your own psyche.

So, if you’re in general, a person who strives to better oneself, then money will most definately lead towards happiness. For starters, it removes the basic obstructions to first of all, finding out what you really like versus what you do which brings home the bacon. Next, if you have any self-defeating patterns, you can afford to take the time/money for psychotherapy, meditation, or hypnosis to remedy them. And finally, you’ve got the resources to do what you love and not worry about whether or not the money follows your aspirations. That’s happiness in a nutshell.

I’ve been following the above treatise and every time my net worth increases, I feel happier by the season.

Whats the best way to get your girlfriend to lose weight, excercise and eat healthier?

my gf isnt fat but she’s starting to get a little bit of pudge (she still looks good), but i want to quash the problem while i can. plus im a somewhat of a health nut, and i i dont like heavy women (her sister is really heavy and scares me that she might look liker her), so it drives me nuts about how she pretty much lvies off of candy bars, potato chips, and ice cream and rarely excercises except for yoga. i see it and get mad and just wanna rip it out of her hands, 1) because i dont want her to get heavy and 2) for her own health. ive tried to broach the subject gently and say its for her own good to avoid health problems later on, but she always gets really uspet (and she was anorexic a few years back so i have to go easy.) anyone have any good ideas to motivate her more without really ticking her off?
