I am 15. I am also naturally very skinny. I’ve always been almost 10-15 lbs lighter than other people by age. At my height (5’5) I’m supposed to weigh like 110-112 lbs, but only way 99 – 100lbs.
I do like excerises but usually only 45 mins 3 times a week. Just walking/jogging/pilates things.
But I would like to gain a little more wieght without getting ‘fat’.
Is there any good diet, that while healthy, will help me gain some (healthy) weight?
Does Yoga helps in growth of height? Do the so called growth medicines work to increase by atleast 1″ to 2″?
The nurse says that as we age, our spine gets more and more compressed and that causes us to get shorter. She says that this is perfectly normal. While it may be perfectly normal, Is there nothing we can do to reverse this condition? Is Yoga or Pilates the anwer, by stretching the spine? I don’t want to just sit around and do nothing as my spine slowly gets more and more compressed.
Does height matter in taekwondo? Will taller people be able to strike more easily due to their long legs?
