Ok i recently lost 35 lbs… i’m 5’3 and am 135….i have 10 lbs to go! my body doesnt have any lose skin hanging. luckly my stomach is flat. (just not super tight ie. when i sit) my body fat is 24% i think thats HIGH! i jus started doing pilates and running on the treadmill i hope it helps. so is my body fat to high??
