Hey Travi how old are you?
I recently moved here from California and will be here until mid-July. I am looking for a dance studio or instruction in either modern, jazz, ballet, hip-hop or all of the above. Also, any yoga or pilates classes would be great.

in the past year i have broken my foot and ankle twice just walking and i have fractured my spine. my ankle injurie is starting to come back even though i am streching and doing my excercises. I really am having issues going en pointe becasue of this…i come do close but then i get injured. The thing is though i take pilates with a dance medicne person and three ballet classes a week for 2 hours and i also compete in tap, jazz, lyrical, and hip-hop. i really need to know what the problem is. Just incase your wondering i’m on a high level of dance so i don’t suck and i’m pretty hard core
im going to do south beach phase 1 for 2 weeks then phase 2 for the rest of summer then go into phase 3 for life. phase one is no fruits, no breads, only veggies, beans, salads, and soy milk and vegie meats. phase 2 ill eat fruits and whole wheat bread once a day. im taking green tea extract, calcium, omega 3, chromium, and b vitamins plus a multi vitamin. i drink 8 waterbottles a day. for excersise- ill run 20 minutes before summer school 4 times a week plus 40 minutes of other aerobics after summer school. ill do pilates (40 minutes) 3 times a week, and other strength training excerizes 2 times a week. i also do 1 hour of hip-hop oin sundays.
im 5’6 and 134. how much will i lose by july 30?
how about august 23?
after august 23 im moving intop phase 3 of south beavch which is maintaining and ill still excersise atleast 3 times a week.

i’ve never taken any martial arts/fighting classes in my life, only dance classes(i take ballet and hip hop). i’m wondering what is the better one to take or if you guys can suggest anything else for me? what should i expect if i take classes like this (ex. bruises)?
i want to take fighting classes in order to make myself stronger and be able to defend myself.
