Yoga, Pilates, Resist-a- ball! Are they fun and which will help me lose weight! Which is best for some one who hasn’t worked out in 3 years??? Also has anybody done kickboxing or hip hop execrise??? I am not an aggressive person and I have never danced hip hop before????

PS~ Does your execrsie club have a day care??? If so how does you child do in there and what is their time limit??? My son is 2 1/2 and has never been without me or hubby before in his life!!! Not sure how he would do!!!
