does this seem like a good workout?

45 mins – 1 hour of cardio everyday (treadmill, elliptical, bike). Winsor pilates buns and thighs and calf raises every other day, arms every other day (alternate b/n arms and pilates), and 8 minute abs everynight. eatin pretty healthy and drinkin a lot of water. am i overdoing it? should i see results in a month or so? i’m naturally thin with fast metabolism. 5’6 115 lbs… just want to tone… think it will work?

Am I working out enough?

I do a 50 minute Tai Chi class twice a week. Once a week, I run for about an hour. A couple times a week I do lunges with a weighted ball and crunches. I know this isn’t a lot. But is it enough to make a difference? Will I see results at all from this?
I am not trying to loose weight at all. Just tone up.

Can a Fit TV viewer provide me the correct directions to link-up to the yoga website advertised Namiste Yoga?

Namiste Yoga is a Yoga meditation exercise program of one-half hour in length televised twice daily on Fit TV. It is produced by a Canadian Production Company called OmniFilms. They’ve been adveritising a link-up to a website under the title Hatha Yoga but I have not been successfull in finding the website. Can some viewer of Namiste Yoga (on Fit TV) please provide me with the correct link-up directions to the website that they are advertising. Thank you so much. The more answers the better?

Okay, I am over weight, I am 15, and I want to lose weight. I don’t know what to do. My family eats bad and its hard to stay healthy when there not and I have to watch them. I want to start excersizing, but I am too embarrased to go to like 24 hour fitness and running around the block. Is there any at home tips? Zone pilates, videos, etc. It’s not like I have to loose like 5 or 10 I want to loose I think about 40.

Exercise question?

i’m 5’6 and 115lbs. I know im not anything near overweight, but I started working out again (my reslutions!). I’m one of those people tha HATES the gym, and quickly lose motivation if I don’t see results. I do an hour of cardio (30 mins bike on fat burn, 20 mins elliptical level 6, and 10 mins on treadmill). I also do pilates every other day. I eat b/n 1200 and 1500 calories a day. How quickly should I start to see results? I mean I have a fast metabolism also. If I don’t see results. I’ll lose motivation. My birthday is in a month and as a present to myself I want to look and feel better about myself. Is it wishful thinking or will i see a change if I keep up with this routine? Thanks!
