can someone tell me some good martial arts studios in or around the pasadena, CA area
i’ve taken martial arts before, tae kwon do and shotokan karate, but wasn’t able to complete them, the first one i moved, and the second one, the teacher stopped having the class, i would really like to continue martial arts

I am nervous about my Belt test on September 21st. What should I know about the test? And I was given a notebook with all the info i need in order to pass the test. What else should I know. And what can I eat? Than the day after I test i will be going to a tournament.
I just started Taekwondo. I am 3 stripes away from yellow belt. What should I do know so that I can be on the taekwondo olympic team? I do train every day. Should I talk to my Instructor and get some info on the Olympic team to show to my instructor?

I just bought Winsor Pilates. A lot of people are saying you need cardio too. well I want to lose weight a healthy way but like most people ASAP. I was just wondering is ZUMBA good? I’ve seen the info mercials for over 4 years. What should I do? any health suppliments that help supress craving too?? I’m looking to lose at least 20 lbs.
