In martial arts, which is prefer choy li fut kung fu, when someone throws u how do you fall down without most injury, my friend takes aikido and when i flip him over he can fall without a lot of pain, how do i do this? i cant ask my friend because he moved.

First time massage for a teen girl?

I’m 15 and going in for my first massage ever. I’m going in for a deep tissue massage since I have a minor form or fibromyalgia in my left shoulder/back and neck due to a taekwondo injury. The massage will be given by an older man and I’m a bit worried. I know he’s a professional, but I still feel weird. I don’t know if I would have to take off much since it’s just in my upper back, and maybe I could still wear a sports bra? Is it okay that I feel this weird about it?

Or is it even advisable, as I have previous knee injury (torn meniscus) and I am not exactly super-fit now, even though I cycle to work and walk at least three times a week. I also practice yoga. I feel like the idea of running would put a lot of pressure on my knees.

Bad knee, and kickboxing. how do i make my knee stronger?

Iv been doing ju jitsu and karate for about a year now. Id love to do more kickboxing but i have alot of fear in my knee subluxating. and poping out of the socket. i wear a knee brace, but id love to find a way to make the ligemints stronger and possibaly avoid a knee injury. any one that has ever had this problem let me know. wearing a knee brace is an obviouse sigh of weakness and a target so id love to lose it if i ever could.
