Recently, I have gained a great deal of interest in spirituality, meditation, and enhancing the mind. As a person who is out of exercise, slightly out of shape, and not involved in any physical activity or sports, I would really like to get involved with something that benefits both the mind and body a great deal. I have thought about Yoga and Tai Chi, but I would like to know more. What else do you think I might enjoy? Are there any sports that help in my desired area? Please explain
