Is any one TaeKwonDo organization better than another?

My son has been taking TKD at an ITA school for the last year, first starting out as a cub and recently attaining his green belt.

When I first started looking into a program for him there were several TKD academies around, but I chose the one closest to us after checking it out. It was only after that I realized there were different organizations.

For the most part I don’t think they let the kids test the next belt if they aren’t ready to advance: my son started out w/2 other boys in the same Cub class – one graduated with my son to junior white belt class but has stayed as a white ever since while the other just graduated from the Cub class.

I am happy with his instructors and they seem genuinely intent on teaching the kids and not just being a money machine, as I’ve read about some places. He takes classes 4 days a week (could be 5, but we’re keeping it at 4 for now).

Anyway, I just wanted to see as any difference better or worse between all the organizations.

Thanks!

Brazilian Jujitsu?

Well, I haev been doing taekwondo in the ITA for about 5 years now, and i feel as though im really not getting the full benefits of martial arts. I am really thinking about branching out and my TKD school started offering a brazilian jujitsu class. It is taught by some jujitsu blackbelt(idk who lol) and i was wondering if this martial art was creditable. Can anyone give me a little insight on this new martial art im seeking?

What do you think about the ITA (International Taekwondo Alliance)?

just wondering cause im in it. totally clueless about anything else. soo… yea, criticism is welcome … so are compliments
