What is a healthy diet that can help me lose about 15 pounds?

I had my son about a year ago and lost most of my weight a few months after I had him, but the remaining 15 pounds. I exercise an hour a day (cardio, pilates, aerobics). I do not eat cakes, junk food, and not even much bread. I had tried cutting everything in half, did low carb for a while, weight watchers and nothing has worked. With all the exercise I do, my body is probably in better shape prior to being pregnant and before I was pregnant I was perfert weight 155 at 5’11. Now I am 170 and the scale won’t budge. I do not know what else to do. Are there any diets out there that can help (besides starving myself)? I would like to lose this weight and keep it off for a bit before getting pregnant again. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I need to lose 6 lbs for taekwondo competition. I am 14 yrs, 5’3″, 107 lbs. I don’t lose/gain easily.

I need tips to lose mostly fat but I can probly lose (some) water weight before the competition. I am small and slender (not skinny but almost)eat quite healthy, but I also have junk food cravings (how do i keep them away? especially when we have company or at a party?) I am very fit, I train intense 2 hrs a day of taekwondo and I am on the cross country team at my school.

I lost 10lbs drastically. I used to weight 108lbs now I weight like 100lbs. I used to have more junk in the trunk, and my legs and thighs looked firmer, now I look kind of skinny and weak. I don’t look bad at all, but when I had a little more pounds my body used to look better. I am small by the way.

How can I gain a couple of pounds without getting fat in the wrong places, like in my stomach which is fine right now.

I sometimes workout by jogging, doing yoga, pilates, but I am afraid that if I work out a lot like I used to I am going to get too skinny.

I’m 5’2″ and 98 lbs. I go to the gym one to three times a week. I do pilates, situps, swimming, spinning….However, my stomach still cannot be as flat as swimsuit models. I love to eat, especially junk food. I know this is not good, that’s why I work out. Is there any way that I can flatten my abs and still get to eat what I like?

i recently started this on sunday i need to lose 20 lbs fast, but with my job i really dont’ have time to do exercise, so i decided to walk to work at least 3 times a week, which is a mile each time, and after work i do 20 min pilates, i cut back on soda and junk foods, i just don’t know what else to do..i don’t want an expensive diet ..does anybody know how to lose weight fast???
