I know a lady in her mid 50′s who would like to take up a martial art, but nothing too physical- she’s not the most mobile of people. Ideally I would like to bring her to tai chi, but there are no classes nearby. What other soft or internal styles are out there, so that I know what to search for?

I have been wanting to learn Tai Chi for a while now, but I cant find any places around where I live at that offer classes for them. The only that does wants to charge $100 a week, and there are only 2 classes a week! And she just looks like a crazy lady, so I slowly backed out of the place making sure not to make any sudden movements.
Anyways, Im just wondering if there is anything to these Tai Chi books and DVDs, Ive seen a Tai Chi DVD a long time ago, it was my ex-sister in laws, and it seemed real detailed in what you were supposed to be doing physically and mentally, so I thought if I practiced daily I would eventually learn how to do it on my own.
Im just wondering if anyone has done this themselves, or is an active practitioner of Tai Chi and has any suggestions, maybe good books/DVDs to look into? Thanks.
Okay, so I take taekwondo. my legs are super muscular, but they’re not very lady like. How can i keep the muscles but thin them out a little bit?
I’m starting tai chi and I would love to be as flexible as this lady http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TBvF6r6DOvc, but I’m not naturally flexible. I’m also starting weapons martial art so yeah . . . any advise etc. I’m also very unco so tips to become less clumsy are welcome too XD

Is there any Tai Chi regulating body where I can complain about being sexually harassed by my teacher?
Only I went through what looked like an official website www.nztaichi.com and one of their teachers made repeated sexual comments to me. I have cancelled my lessons and complained to him via email and some random lady off the site cos thats the only other email address there was.
I think this is wrong and that they should have on their site that they encourage sexually inappropriate behaviour between teachers and students.
Yeah they should try being honest.
he has videos of ex naked students too where the camera repeatedly pans in on her breasts and genitals.
I am quite mad about the whole thing.
he has since posted some video on the website. there was nothing about naked tai chi when i looked last. but he gave me a link and a password.
just the way it zeroed in on her breasts and stayed there and hes all “thats concentrating on her core.”
no dude. that. is concentrating on her tits.
he is totally denying all the sexual comments. no surprise there.
