I WANT TO LEARN Meditation?
i have thought about using meditation to relax myself. what are some tips, anyone with experiences, or does anyone know any free ebooks i could download. i would really appreciate your help.

i spent a summer in china last year and my dad, a businessman envolved with china, is all LEARN CHINESE!!!! and i want to learn it, but without a teacher, its pretty hard. and then my sisters school is offering mandarin chinese as a language next year and she says(NONCHALANTLY!)”yeah…ill take it” and here i am, busting my butt, trying to learn it. i guess i just want it to be my thing, but its hard. SOOOO hard. and its coming easy to her because her school is going to provide her a teacher.
i just want ME to be the chinese speaker, ME to be the one affiliated with china(i want to learn tai chi)–i dont want her to just because it will be as easy as adding a class.
does anyone ever feel the same?do you find this selfish?(dont worry, i wont tell her i dont want her to learn chinese, that would be mean)

I will be slowly putting up the first third of the Old Yang Style free to learn from. This video teaches the Old Yang Style of Yang Lu-Ch’an. This is the Yang style before it was changed by Yang Cheng-fu to what we know today. The movements are not all slow. There are fa-jing (explosive energy) movements all through this form. It is quite energetic with leaping kicks and explosive punches. This style was taught to Erle Montaigue by Chang Yiu-chun, one of the main students of Yang Shou-hou, the Brother of Yang Cheng-fu. Shou-hou did not change his grandfather’s style. This video, because it is quite long does not include the basic qigong.
