Help please?

I was out rollerblading with my friends a couple days ago, and ever since then, my left leg has been stiff and sore. This is a real disadvantage when I’m trying to participate in my Taekwondo lesson. Oh, and I also fell about ten times while skating, so is there anyway to get rid of bruises and stiffness quickly?

For the stiffness, should I try taking a hot bath?

What to do for a pulled muscle (read more)?

I do yoga quite often, and I’ve always been pretty flexible, so I usually don’t pull my muscles. But last time I did yoga, I must have over streched my left leg, because it hurts when I strech it. What can I do to make it better without going to a doctor?
