One hour after Yoga and Tai chi class (First time going), I started to feel pain on the left side of my chest. It was hurting a bit when I breathe but I thought it was nothing. Once I got on bed, whenever I lay on my side, the pain would hurt even more, as if someone punched my chest or something…..
Whenever I bend over to reach something, I would feel the same pain, and its getting worse…
What is this called? And how do I treat it?

I don’t smoke, I’m 16 and weigh 121 lbs.
