what do you think of this workout? personal trainers anyone?

Hi, i really want to get tighter abs and back and leg muscles in 2 months time. I have tried on and off but have failed as I didnt keep up to my commitment and diet. But this time, for real I’m gonna try and stick to this routine.
Morning: 1/2 hour of stretching, 15 minutes running, 15 minutes cardio or swimming. Breakfast: egg sandwich.
Lunch: Perogies, Chicken Breasts. Evening: 2 hours of taekwando.
Dinner: Yoghurt, Rice and little meat and veggies. And throw in lot of fruits and a couple of granola bars/peanuts.

Do you think I’ll tire too easily coz i workout in the morning and then taekwondo in the evenings? Does your body really build up if its tired? What are your thoughts on this. Thanks everybody.
yea, i never go hungry, and make sure im always eating food relatively higher in proteins and moderate in carbs. Also, i do taekwondo everyday…its just that i decided if i can pack in an early morning workout, i can get fitter faster and more effectively.

is my exercise routine effective?

I’m pretty happy with my upper body. I’m trying to increase the muscles in my butt so that it will appear more lifted and look like I actually have a butt. I am walking 2 miles everyday on the treadmill using varying incline levels. Every other day I’m doing about 20 minutes of pilates and 20 minutes on the excersise ball performing 3 sets of 12 reps of various exercises that are designed to work the butt and leg muscles (for example: bridge, butt lift, hip extension, frog press face down on the ball, and straight leg raises face down on the ball) Does this routine sound effective? and combined with a proper diet approximately how long will it take for me to see the results?

How do I get my knees to stop aching after exercising?

I lift weights, do tons of squats, lunges, yoga, run a bit, step class, elliptical stairs, etc. Nothing too, too strenuous. Recently my knees have been very sore, especially climbing stairs. Do I need to build up more leg muscles? Should I just admit I’m getting old (42) and tone it down a bit? I don’t want to stop my fun routines but the aching is slowing me down.
