How do you recover from pulled muscles completely! Please help.?

Ive been doing taekwondo for four months now and we need to stretch a lot. I pulled my right leg muscle two months ago, and even now its not completely healed. Just yesterday while doing a complete split i pulled the right leg muscle just under the hip bone (buttocks) and heard all my hip joints crack!! Now im worried i cant do ne physical activity for a while if both my legs have sore muscles. Whats a safe way to recover quickly and completely ..masage/balms/stretching more etc?. Also should I not stretch while i give my legs time to recover/rest? thanks a lot for your answers.

leg popping question?

I just started taking a pilates class and some of the exercises we do in there make my upper legs pop everytime, is that bad?

there’s this new girl at my taekwondo club and i think she really hates me! i gave her an xmas card and she just scowled at me, then she gives me and my family really horrible looks, and she swears at me under her breath, and when we were sparing she grabbed my leg and tried to push me over( which you can’t do) i’m really confusesed because the only thing i’ve said to her is “hi” and even then she glared at me! what sould i do? i’ve told my sensei, but their tellings off have had no effect.

one leg longer than the other one?

I broke my leg in a car accident when i was 7 yrs old and had to have surgery which resulted in my broken leg being longer than my other leg. I am 18 now and although i wear a pad in my shoe so that it evens out i still would like to kno if there is a way that i can lengthen the shorter leg so that it evens out more…cuz i dont want to be experiencing back pains and bone problems when i get older….is it true that pilates can help? what excersises can i do to help?

i dont want to have any more surgery done as i kno that it can be too risky…

How do I get the best cardio workout?

When I was pregnant, I developed blood clots in my leg. Well, the damage in my veins is preventing me from getting a good cardio workout. When I run, swim or ride my leg swells and is very painful. Any type of movement of my leg seems to swell it up. Most of the time, I just suck up the pain, but I am sick of being in pain. I am wearing compression stocks and it does not seem to be helping. I miss getting a good cardio workout. I have even tried the rowing machine. I do yoga and pilates, but I don’t feel like those are a good enough workouts. Does anyone have any suggestions? I will try anything to get a good cardio workout.
