What are some ways to excercise with a cast/broken wrist?

The doctor said i could excercise but to avoid excercises that sweat a lot. My question is what are excercises you can do without sweating a lot? So far I have not been able to think of much: weight lifting, yoga-anything else?
I would not really consider walking an excercise- it is more like a way for people to avoid doing a hard workout.

Is it better to eat before or after you exercise?

I don’t know if it’s better to eat before a workout or after. I am trying to lose these last ten pounds of baby weight but it’s so hard. The things I’ve done to lose the 35 pounds I’ve lost already are not working anymore. I’ve done different types of pilates, walking, running, situps, crunches, and lifting 10 lb dumbells.

which is better for energy in the morning cardio,lifting weights,or pilates?

when i am in a diet, i don’t have energy for exercise?

i love exercise and i do everything such as steping 40 minutes, running for 5 miles, weight lifting, Tae Bo, yoga….ect but in order to do them i have to have proper food.
But when i try to get a diet, i can not workout, i am very weak and don’t have energy. what do i do to have both (diet and exercise)at the same time.
Please let me know how i can have both at the same time
so what is a good diet? i don’t eat junk food at all ,and i have low fat low carb diet for over a year

Is it okay for me to stretch alot after I do heavy weight lifting, karate, or running?
