How do you recover from pulled muscles completely! Please help.?

Ive been doing taekwondo for four months now and we need to stretch a lot. I pulled my right leg muscle two months ago, and even now its not completely healed. Just yesterday while doing a complete split i pulled the right leg muscle just under the hip bone (buttocks) and heard all my hip joints crack!! Now im worried i cant do ne physical activity for a while if both my legs have sore muscles. Whats a safe way to recover quickly and completely ..masage/balms/stretching more etc?. Also should I not stretch while i give my legs time to recover/rest? thanks a lot for your answers.

testing help for karate?

i am testing for my brown belt in karate, and my friend is testing for his black belt. We need to make up a lot of self defense moves, and we were wondering if any body from other styles could tell us how to do some. Are style is karate-korean-tiger-american sung woo do kwan. Please help i am testing monday.
Well I have been in karate for 4 years now, and my friend has been in it for 7 years, for the testing it says on the sheet to have 6 moves you learned from class, and I have that but I don’t have the 6 moves that you made up your self.And i thought it would be cool to incorperate some different styles in it. We have to pay a testing fee if thats what you are asking, and we do wear are gi’s home..

Am I working out enough?

I do a 50 minute Tai Chi class twice a week. Once a week, I run for about an hour. A couple times a week I do lunges with a weighted ball and crunches. I know this isn’t a lot. But is it enough to make a difference? Will I see results at all from this?
I am not trying to loose weight at all. Just tone up.
