i need personal trainer/fitness guru advice on my workout!?

I have lost 30lbs and want to maintain it. I am going to hawaii in a few weeks and want to be in top shape. 3 days a week i run 30min in the mornings on an empty stomach and then later in the day i lift weights. 3 other days of the week i do a spin class in the afternoon (either right before lunch or late afternoon) and then will do some yoga or pilates during the week. i eat tons of fruits vegetables and do not eat carbs after 3pm unless it is natural in fruits or veggies. Is this an ok plan or is there ANYTHING i can do to step up my game?

Help me lose weight and inches?

I am 13, 5ft tall, weigh 125, have a 26″ waist. but i look more than i am 26″.i’m dieting with friends so i wont mess up. so i plan to eat 2 fruits or vegetables and a glass of milk for breakfast. 2 fruits or vegetables and either soy milk or aloe juice for lunch. normal korean dinner. and a snack between breakfast and lunch and one between lunch and dinner(fruit or vegetable or crackers or something like that with milk). i do 100 situps every other day. freestyle dance every other day. and do 500-1000 jump ropes everyday. i run 45 minutes every day(treadmill). i have figure skating and taekwondo on saturdays. i can’t do figure skating if i’m fat( i just started, not gonna be a real pro, i just want to learn cuz it looks pretty)i have until september to lose some pounds and 6 inches and i want to do it in a way where i WONT gain it all back. i’m pretty sure i’m doing it in a safe way, but i want more advice. and i need to grow too. i don’t like being short.

Tips to help me lose 10 kgs in three months!?

I’m 5’0, and I want to reach my goal weight of 40kg in at least three months. I exercise daily, doing cardio aerobics for about 2 hours. I eat fruits for breakfast, then have a proper lunch, but just veges for dinner. I cut out chocolates and potato chips from my diet. I also drink gallons of water everyday. I am planning to take up pilates too. Do you think I can do it in three months? If not, how can I improve my weight loss plan?

what do ya think-my diet up plan! i’d really appreciate your input! im 5’3″ 155 lbs… :’(?

go to bed at 9 every night, get up at 4:30 in the morning to work out for half an hour (either yoga and pilates or my salsa tape), eat “all bran” cereal w/ a cup of skim milk, go to school, walk around the school for half an hour, turkey sandwich with fat free cheese and lettuce for lunch, then after school work out for 45 minutes (The Firm workout tapes), eat a salad for dinner, and a glass of skim milk for a snack.

i am 5’3″ and i weigh 155 pounds. UGH it’s sooo gross. i hate myself. i want to weigh 125 by May 1st. is it do-able? is there anything you’d suggest to me? thanks, i really appreciate it

Personal Trainers, I need some advice on this?

I’m trying to add some muscle mass to my 5’1, 97lb frame. I usually do high intensity strength training routines around 6 am and then take Ashtanga yoga at lunch. I usually do short cardio intervals (30min.) 3 times a week and take a spinning class (1 hr)once a week. I surf on the weekends. (2-3 times). Is this detrimental to weight gain? Is protein consumption more important than total caloric intake? I’m toned all over but I would like to gain more muscle tone in order to be stronger on the waves. Any advice?
