I am looking for an intense training program. More of a combat/self defense martial arts style. Kung Fu? United Studios of Self Defense? Akido? so many choices…

i’m female, 5’4″, 125, have shorter legs, fairly agile and flexible. wondering which martial arts style would be good for me? i’ve dabbled in taekwondo and capoeira.. now looking to develop more versatility, some ground fighting techniques. the idea of falling on my head from a throw scares me though. any input?
hey folks, thanks for all of your comments. i love taekwondo.. only thing is, i think it’s really easy to defend against if the opponent is trained in other arts like san shou, aikido, jujitsu.. once they catch your leg you’re easily tossed to the ground. so, i’m really looking to build additional skills.
