What makes a person want to learn Muay Thai, Karate, dojo, Taekwondo, Aikodo, boxing,Etc?

I don’t like Martials Arts like Muay Thai, Karate, dojo, Taekwondo, Aikodo, boxing,Etc. I don’t have anything against them the reason I don’t like them is because they focus too much on techniques so in my opinion they are not good in my definition. A good martial art need to have theories and principles. Which the Arts that I have listed above don’t have (Muay Thai, Karate, dojo, Taekwondo, Aikodo, boxing) and just focus on catalog of techniques. Most people who take those martial arts will thinking like I will learn 30 techniques in 30 days. OK, but how many and which techniques will they using? Even three techniques is too much for your mind. The best techniques in martial arts is no technique.Do you need to know how to punch to clock someone. You just clock them right? To achieve a high level one should focus on “techniques to no technique”, “method to no method”, “strategy to no strategy”, “Form to no form”.

This is not to offend anyone.
By the way I want to give my question detail the credit to the system. What system? I want to keep it private.
I also want to know why people are enjoy doing the martial arts listed above? Please tell me just tell why.

Please note: This question is not to make abuse or affend to anybody. If you feel that way. I am sorry.
Comment to one of the answers. If you don’t need to know how to punch to clock why do you need to know techniques? By the way you don’t need to know or be comfortable with techniques because you will find it comes spontaneously. You said that it doesn’t depend on the style but the school. Part of it is correct. It doesn’t depend on the style but it all depend on the system not the school. You need to know what is the difference between a system and style.
I mean jodo.
I have another question. What prove that the theories that I have mention fails in practicality? Is one knowledgable to determine such? I think that it is ones opinion. Unless it is proven that it fails in practicality.
Once again by reading the response on the answers. I know that what most of you are saying is plane opinion. How and are you knowledgable to prove what one have said? As a Martial Arts one should not said things that they assume to be true!!!!

Ballet vs Martial Arts movies?

Am I the only one that sees that the Martials Arts movie has taken on a new life. What started in the 70′s to be a cheap action genre has become an artistic realm rivaling ballet, in it’s visual appeal. The four latest/greatest films being, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Hero, House of Flying Daggers and even Kung Fu Hustle (believe it or not, it was my wife’s favorite movie last year) have become prime examples of a new art form.

I’ve certainly seen my share of the older minimum plot/maximum action movies, but I find that the newer movies are orchestrated, choreographed and cinematographed (I don’t think that is a real word but I hope you know what I mean)so well that their appeal has crossed the gender boundary
