does this seem like a good workout?

45 mins – 1 hour of cardio everyday (treadmill, elliptical, bike). Winsor pilates buns and thighs and calf raises every other day, arms every other day (alternate b/n arms and pilates), and 8 minute abs everynight. eatin pretty healthy and drinkin a lot of water. am i overdoing it? should i see results in a month or so? i’m naturally thin with fast metabolism. 5’6 115 lbs… just want to tone… think it will work?

i’m 5’6 and 115lbs. I know im not anything near overweight, but I started working out again (my reslutions!). I’m one of those people tha HATES the gym, and quickly lose motivation if I don’t see results. I do an hour of cardio (30 mins bike on fat burn, 20 mins elliptical level 6, and 10 mins on treadmill). I also do pilates every other day. I eat b/n 1200 and 1500 calories a day. How quickly should I start to see results? I mean I have a fast metabolism also. If I don’t see results. I’ll lose motivation. My birthday is in a month and as a present to myself I want to look and feel better about myself. Is it wishful thinking or will i see a change if I keep up with this routine? Thanks!

stupid metabolism…help?

i’m a 17 year old girl (i’m white), i’m 5’1 & weigh 92 lbs & am a 32A. my BMI is 17.2 (the lowest # that is still “safe” for my age), and my body fat percent is 16.4% (checked this online, don’t know if it’s correct)

i’ve been skinny all my life, i’m just made tiny. i’m also pretty active, i’ve been a dancer since i was 7 and i’m a black belt in TaeKwonDo. so i’m pretty fit. but i hate that i have virtually NO fat on my body at all :(

many many times i’ve tried to bulk up & gain weight. i’ve tried eating double what i usually do & drinking protein shakes & eat power bars. i always end up giving up because i never see results, even after months, and i get tired of eating so much.

is it possible that later in life (like early 20s or something) my metabolism might change to allow me to gain weight easier? it seems like it’s impossible for me to gain any weight right now, will this change later on? or will i always be so freaking little? lol

What is the most effective way to keep toned and burn fat with very little time?

I am a VERY busy grad student who finds herself getting busier with each passing semester. I am used to being very active (cardio/pilates 5 days a week for at least an hour) but lately, I don’t even have time to work out 2-3 days a week for an hour. I have tried spreading out my workouts, morning and evening, but I am too exhausted by the end of the day to do anything. PLEASE HELP!! My metabolism is virtually non-existant and my muscle tone is fading fast.

300 kcals a day??

how quick can i lose 10lbs with 300 kcals a day and pilates twice a week, and i day cardio?? please dont tell me to do it slow because i really dont have the time, has anyone tried a very low calorie diet??? is diet pills to speed up your metabolism good do they actually work?? im 5 foot 4 and weigh 130 lbs, need to lose weight for a wedding
