Pilates? Experience stories? what is the most inches you lost in like 2 – 3 weeks?

I only have like 2 or 3 weeks to lose like 1-2 inches off my stomach, what is the most you lost doing pilates or something else in 2-3 weeks? Any other thing besides pilates that I could do at home that is not to stressful or straining but works very effeciantly? I am at home all day with 2 kids so I can’t go run or anything. I’m 15 so I don’t know how my metabolism works and stuff. Thanks.

If you are a girl and just started lifting weights at least two to three times a week, how long will it take?

for the muscle you are building to jump start your metabolism? And I am curious about how long it takes to build muscle, you know see results. I am doing toning with weights for 30 min about three times a week, and standing pilates, and I use a gazelle glider amost every other day. When should I start seeing results? Hopefully soon:) p.s. what are other ways to jump start a metabolism??? thanks for your help.:)

How effective is weight training when trying to lose weight?

I do a lot of cardio and fit in pilates or body scuplt class about 3 times a week. How effective is this to lose weight if i want to build some type of muscle to help speed up my metabolism? Should I also incorporate basic weight training to this plan to lose more weight or stick with pilates and body scuplt?
