i need personal trainer/fitness guru advice on my workout!?

I have lost 30lbs and want to maintain it. I am going to hawaii in a few weeks and want to be in top shape. 3 days a week i run 30min in the mornings on an empty stomach and then later in the day i lift weights. 3 other days of the week i do a spin class in the afternoon (either right before lunch or late afternoon) and then will do some yoga or pilates during the week. i eat tons of fruits vegetables and do not eat carbs after 3pm unless it is natural in fruits or veggies. Is this an ok plan or is there ANYTHING i can do to step up my game?

On a calorie deficit…but no weight loss?

Well I’m not overweight but I have a few lbs I would like to lose (extra ab fat, x.x) I”m 14/female n it says with the way I am active (I do taekwondo,walk briskly 35 min home everyday, train basically everyday, and do a bunch of mixed cardio.) that I should be eating 2,200 calories a day. Well I have been eating about 1,400-1,500 and everything I eat is followed by good dietary guidelines. I even start to cut out a ton of grains in my diet. I don’t understand how I’ve been doing this for months that I still have lost weight.
*NOTE: I drink atleast 8 cups of water a day

Is it okay to do 25 min of cardio every day?

I started doing intense cardio…and my husband says to see results you have to do it every day. Is it okay to do 25min of cardio 5 times a week? What kind of results should I see? (I have never done cardio and I usually do yoga or pilates)

For women!! Bleeding after heavy excersize?

I have recently started working out and have changed my diet. I have lost some weight and am very happy. But lately (and this only started after I started working out about 2 months ago) I have been spotting after a heavy workout. First it was only after intense pilates and abs, but today it happened after 45 min. of cardio. It felt like my period started again, but with no pain. I am pretty much exactly mid cycle. I don’t want to be nervous, maybe I’m pushing my body too hard. I work out about 1 1/2 hours 4-5 days per week. Anyone had a similar problem?

How can i lose weight while still in school?

I’m in the 9th grade and we do not have any PE class. And i walk at least 15-20 min everyday. I also do AB excersices and pilates everyday too. and go to gym on fridays for 30-60 min. I’m always busy with homework and studying that i only have a minumum of an hour to 3 hours of time of I want to lose most of the fat around the stomach and the middle body (back, bottom..)
