does this seem like a good workout?

45 mins – 1 hour of cardio everyday (treadmill, elliptical, bike). Winsor pilates buns and thighs and calf raises every other day, arms every other day (alternate b/n arms and pilates), and 8 minute abs everynight. eatin pretty healthy and drinkin a lot of water. am i overdoing it? should i see results in a month or so? i’m naturally thin with fast metabolism. 5’6 115 lbs… just want to tone… think it will work?

Am I working out enough?

I do a 50 minute Tai Chi class twice a week. Once a week, I run for about an hour. A couple times a week I do lunges with a weighted ball and crunches. I know this isn’t a lot. But is it enough to make a difference? Will I see results at all from this?
I am not trying to loose weight at all. Just tone up.

Why can’t i lose the last 3 lbs?

I have a calories intake of about 900 to 1000 and I take brisk walks twice a day and do 20 minute pilates workouts twice a day and sometimes I get to go to the sauna but not often.

Mystics: trying to find ways of being more in touch with Spirit in everyday life?

Like 5 minute meditations, and the like. Feeling a bit disconnected lately and need to find a little encouragement from within…
Christians–please don’t tell me to pray more, I am just not the praying type. I talk to my God all the time. Just needing something a little more focused.
I’m a wicca with a 2 yr old and have a hard time doing anything without interruption… so I’m a little rattled, and trying to find ways of weaving my spiritual life into my daily life w/o casting circles and rituals…

What Tai Chi form is this?

This is probably going to be an easy question to answer. I had to miss my tai chi class, and I want to practice my movements, and this is probably going to sound very newbie-ish of me, but I forgot the name of the form. I’ve been trying to find a video so I can practice along, but the only video I could find of it is this (it’s kind of an annoying vid and only shows a minute of the beginning of the form, but that looks like what we’ve been practicing): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h3GLEcwSvD4 Thanks for your help in advance!
