I want to start a sushi diet for 2 months. SUSHI,WATER,FRUIT EVERY DAY FOR 2 MONTHS.
Breakfast: Bowl of fruit
Lunch: California Rolls
Snack: Fruit
Dinner: Calfornia Rolls
Water throughout the day. I want to lose 20 pounds. 10 pounds each month. I do a pilates workout 2 hours a day. Sushi has alot of protein and it’s low-cal so i figure its good for dieting. What do you think about it overall?
I love sushi . I dont mind eating it everyday. Im not asking if you like it or not. Let me rephrase… Do you think that this is a healthy diet and i will lose weight from doing this?
Sushi has fish and vegeteables. = lots of protein. I think i’ll im missing in my diet is calcium. Im thinking of a way to squeeze that in, probably just some yogurt in between. hmm…
