The Totally Rad Show – Kung Fu Panda 2 | 3D Animated Movie Review

Does Kung Fu Panda 2 bring the ska-doosh, or does it suffer from sequel-itis? The first Kung Fu Panda film was an entertaining animated action film about the over-weight bear who becomes a chop-socky master. Jack Black and the rest of the stellar cast return for the sequel, but how do you retain the magic when your main character is no longer the underdog? Alex and Jeff give the skinny on the fat panda that could… and still can. Be sure to check back tomorrow to see what else is on our RADar this week! Be Social- Like, Comment, Share This Video! Kung-Fu Movie?

Anyone know the title of this movie. All I can remember are a few details. Its been 30 years since Ive seen it:
•Its a “kung fu” movie
•some fugative sneaks into a training for kung fu masters while being chased
•he has to run across logs floating in the water to eat dinner
•he has to stare at a moving candle w/o moving his head or he will get burnt by hot iron.
•he has to ring a bell with a 20 foot mallet
•he overcomes all the training to becoma a “true master”

Any help would be appreciated.

“It sounds like the Gordon Lui Kung Fu movie, Master Killer”

I thought the same thing, and rented it. It wasnt the one I remembered.

Another detail:
•he had to carry water up stairs in buckets with daggers tied to his arms to keep him from lowering them.
Ohh and yes….if you can check out your Master Killer Id appreciate that. I may have rented the wrong one.
Thank you.

Which Chinese movie (from 70′s till present) is the classic of the classic?

The one which made you start to watch more Chinese or Asian movies? or it’s more meaningful to you for some other reasons. (Well … whatever, may be just because you watched it with your first Chinese girl friend in the first date!… lol.. !)

You may name a few of them.. comedy / kung fu / drama / gangs…etc. Thanks! (If possible, please kindly give me the Chinese titles as well.. I’m not quite familiar with the English titles, but I can google them if you can’t type Chinese with your computer.)
I watched “Yapian Zhanzheng” (The Opium War) in movie theatre, the effects are a lot better than watching DVD I bet..:P I like this movie!
oh..!!! Anyone … may I pick 5 best answers????… You all know who you are..!
