How long would it take to gain muscle with this strategy?

Hey, how long would it take for me to gain muscle with this workout routine.
200 Push Ups a Day
200 Sit Ups a Day
400 Jumping Jacks A Day
50 Horseshoes
3 laps around my neighborhood 3 times a week
100 Ankle Lifts
Also lifting 25 pound weights 20 to 30 times.
I do this all every day.
I also am a black belt in Taekwondo and we do excercises there, thanks for reading and answering if you do.
Also how would I look 6 months in with the same strategy.

the upper part of my right leg hurts so bad from taekwondo?

what muscle is it. is just sore or a pulled muscle. right between my groin and hip kinda. i cant lift my leg or knee its so painful. definetly not my hip

abs! help!?

okay so i think im buring fat off my abs but im not sure, i need to get in shape like in 4 months, cuz im going to the beach and i needs pecs and abs if i go 3 times a week for 1- 2 hrs and im taking an abs class how do u think i will do, i lost 100 pounds and now i want to lose that last layer of fat and get muscle, cuz im sorta skin bones and like a layer of fat, but in certain places, cuz i worked out but then i stopped. and were can i buy a pilates video, i live in canada so like were can i get a video like that? like HMV or something? thanks

I am in horrible shape.. lots of fat no muscle.
also how many calories should I have a day? how do I find that out? I dont want to go in to starvation mode

self defence and skill?

hey whats a good type of martial arts that treaches self defence, disiplin and gains muscle tone. like a have a brother and hes nuts and he kicks,screams and is violent at time. i want to be able to defent my self, im also starting hs in a year and well u no, want to no a good self defence. what i mena when i say martial arts is like tyquando(well u no) karate, and so on. Also i live in sac, CA
