Pulled muscles in both leg while doing a split… please give me advice on how to recover! Ouch this hurts?

Ive been doing taekwondo for four months now and we need to stretch a lot. I pulled my right leg muscle two months ago, and even now its not completely healed. Just yesterday while doing a complete split i pulled the right leg muscle just under the hip bone (buttocks) and heard all my hip joints crack!! Now im worried i cant do ne physical activity for a while if both my legs have sore muscles. Whats a safe way to recover quickly and completely ..masage/balms/stretching more etc?. Also should I not stretch while i give my legs time to recover/rest? thanks a lot for your answers.

how to loose muscle and tone down?

hey im 5’1 and 108 pounds i have “soccer legs” which are muscular legs being that i played soccer since i was 6 i want to shed about 3 pounds but also make legs a little more thinner and longer looking i go to the gym everyday with my friend lauren and i try to run on the tredmill for a very slow steady pace for an hour (which i only been doing for a week now) i know pilates helps but i dont know how many days i should do it for or if i shouldnt eat protien or what; im willing to diet :)
